Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Abadila Acquisition ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you interact with our website, our WhatsApp Business accounts, or our services.
1. Information We Collect
- Contact form submissions: name, phone number, email address, and the service you're interested in, submitted through our landing page.
- WhatsApp conversations: messages exchanged with our business number or, for our clients' customers, with an AI agent we operate on our client's behalf.
- Basic website usage data such as pages visited, collected through standard analytics and advertising pixels (e.g. Meta Pixel).
2. How We Use Information
- To respond to inquiries and follow up on strategy call requests.
- To operate AI lead response agents on behalf of our clients, so their leads receive timely replies.
- To measure and improve the performance of our advertising campaigns.
- To communicate updates about services you've inquired about or subscribed to.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. Information submitted through a client's landing page or WhatsApp number (for example, a hair transplant clinic's patient inquiries) is shared only with that specific client, for the purpose of following up on their own leads. We do not share one client's lead data with another client or with unrelated third parties.
We may use third-party service providers (such as Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, hosting providers, and the Anthropic API for AI-generated responses) to operate our Services. These providers process data only as necessary to provide their service to us.
4. WhatsApp Messaging
If you message a WhatsApp number connected to Abadila Acquisition or one of our clients, your message and our reply are processed through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform in order to respond to you, including through an AI-assisted response system where applicable. You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying "STOP" or blocking the number.
5. Data Retention
We retain conversation and lead data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our Services and for legitimate business record-keeping, unless a client requests earlier deletion of their own data.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us through the channels listed below. We will respond to reasonable requests in a timely manner.
7. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
